Every receipt, payout and mile, kept digitally and correctly. The legal requirement from April 2027, done from your phone.
Making Tax Digital for Income Tax starts for sole traders earning over £30,000 in April 2027. At that point you must keep digital records and send HMRC four quarterly summaries a year. Not a spreadsheet export — actual compatible software, updated quarterly.
Most couriers are still keeping receipts in a door pocket. That works until it doesn't, and it definitely doesn't once MTD arrives. This service is the fix: you forward a photo, we keep the record.
Because catching up two years of records later costs several hundred pounds and a fortnight of stress, and because the first year of MTD is the one where everyone gets it wrong.
Digital records are a legal requirement, not a preference, from April 2027 for anyone over £30,000. Under that, it's still the cheapest way to avoid a January panic.
